These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SK Brand Tech WhatsApp Business API platform ("Service"). By registering for an account, you agree to these Terms.
SK Brand Tech provides a dashboard built on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, offering a shared inbox, broadcast campaigns, a chatbot builder, CRM and analytics. We assist with WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) setup and Meta Business Verification / Green Tick applications, subject to Meta's own approval process, which we do not control.
You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including messages sent by your team members.
Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our Services page and are billed via Razorpay in INR, exclusive of GST. Plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. Meta's own conversation-based charges are separate from our subscription fee and are passed through at Meta's published rates.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not responsible for outages caused by Meta, Razorpay, our hosting provider, or events outside our reasonable control.
The platform, its design and underlying software are the property of SK Brand Tech. Your business data, contacts and message content remain yours.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
To the extent permitted by law, SK Brand Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including WABA suspension by Meta.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Nashik, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
