Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a registered client, a contact who has messaged one of our clients' WhatsApp numbers, or a user of any app connected to our WhatsApp Business API platform, you can request that we delete your personal data.

What Gets Deleted

• Your user account and login credentials.
• Your business/client profile and associated WABA connection details.
• Contact records, message history and chatbot interaction logs tied to your account.
• Any data cached from Meta's Cloud API on our servers.

Billing records required for tax/accounting compliance under Indian law may be retained for the legally mandated period even after deletion, in anonymized form where possible.

How to Request Deletion

Use the form below, email us directly, or — if you're a client contact — simply reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to opt out of future messages, or ask the business you're messaging to remove you.

Timeline

We confirm and process deletion requests within 7 business days, and will email you once complete.
