This Privacy Policy explains how SK Brand Tech ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our WhatsApp Business API platform ("Service"), including when your business's contacts communicate with you via WhatsApp through our platform.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, business name, email, phone number and password when you register.
• Business data: WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) details, message templates, contact lists you upload or that opt in via WhatsApp, and chatbot flows you build.
• Message data: the content, timestamps and delivery status of messages sent and received through your WhatsApp number, via Meta's Cloud API.
• Payment data: plan, billing cycle and transaction records. Card/UPI details are processed directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage data: log-in activity and basic analytics needed to operate the dashboard.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate your WhatsApp Business API dashboard — inbox, broadcasts, chatbot, CRM and analytics.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send you service updates, OTPs, and — where you've consented — WhatsApp/email communications.
• To comply with Meta Platform Terms and applicable Indian law.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only where necessary to run the Service: with Meta Platforms, Inc. (to deliver WhatsApp messages via the Cloud API), with Razorpay (to process payments), and with our email/SMS delivery providers. We do not sell your data or your contacts' data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and message data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. You may request deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and restricted database access — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your data by contacting us at admin@skbrandtech.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
