• "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refers to both the Client and ourselves.
• "Services" refers to digital marketing, web development, SEO, social media management, and all other services offered by SK Brand Tech.

2️⃣ Services

Service Offerings

SK Brand Tech provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Web Design & Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Google Ads Management
• Content Creation & Marketing
• Brand Strategy & Consulting
• Email Marketing

Service Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver services within the agreed timeline. However, delivery schedules are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to client delays in providing feedback or materials.

3️⃣ Payment Terms

💰 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST 18%) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Schedule

• One-time Projects: 50% advance payment, 50% upon project completion
• Monthly Retainers: Full payment due at the beginning of each month
• Ad Management: Service fee separate from ad budget

Late Payments

Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month. Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments exceeding 15 days.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations.

5️⃣ Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Ensure all content and materials provided are legally owned or licensed
• Make payments according to agreed schedules
• Maintain professional communication

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

Client Content

All content, materials, logos, and trademarks provided by the Client remain the property of the Client. The Client grants SK Brand Tech a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing agreed services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of custom-created deliverables (websites, graphics, content, etc.). SK Brand Tech retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Resources

Some deliverables may include third-party resources (stock photos, fonts, plugins) subject to their respective licenses.

7️⃣ Warranties & Limitations

⚠️ No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for excellent results, SK Brand Tech does not guarantee specific outcomes from digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to:

• Specific search engine rankings
• Specific amounts of traffic or sales
• Specific social media follower counts or engagement rates
• Specific ROI from advertising campaigns

Website Hosting & Maintenance

SK Brand Tech is not responsible for issues arising from:

• Third-party hosting services
• Domain registration problems
• Internet service provider issues
• Changes made by client or third parties after project delivery

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

SK Brand Tech's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9️⃣ Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of services.

🔟 Termination

By Client

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Payments for services rendered up to the termination date are non-refundable.

By SK Brand Tech

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• Client fails to make payments as agreed
• Client provides false or misleading information
• Client engages in abusive or unprofessional behavior
• Client requests services that violate laws or regulations

1️⃣1️⃣ Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage resolving disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

SK Brand Tech reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
