Due to the nature of digital marketing services, most of our services are non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2️⃣ Service-Specific Refund Terms
🌐 Web Design & Development
- Before Work Starts: 100% refund if cancellation is made before any design/development work begins
- After Initial Design: 50% refund if cancellation occurs after initial design presentation but before development
- After Development Begins: No refund once coding/development work has started
- After Project Delivery: No refund after website is delivered and approved
📱 Social Media Management
- Monthly Retainer: No refund for the current month once service has begun
- Cancellation: Must provide 30 days written notice
- Unused Months: Refund of prepaid unused months (if paid in advance for multiple months)
🔍 SEO Services
- Monthly Package: No refund for the current month's service
- Setup Fee: Non-refundable once initial SEO audit and setup is completed
- Long-term Contracts: Refund of remaining months if cancellation with 30 days notice
🎯 Google Ads Management
- Management Fee: Non-refundable once campaigns are set up and running
- Ad Budget: Separate from management fee; paid directly to Google
- Unused Credits: Any unused ad budget remains in your Google Ads account
📝 Content Creation & One-time Services
- Before Delivery: 50% refund if cancelled before final delivery
- After Delivery: No refund once content is delivered
- Revisions: Included revisions as per package; additional revisions chargeable
3️⃣ Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- We fail to deliver services as agreed in the contract
- Services are not provided within the agreed timeline (with no fault from client side)
- Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery
- Services purchased but not yet started
4️⃣ Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Consultation fees and strategy sessions
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, ad spend, stock images, premium plugins)
- Services that have been completed and delivered
- Custom development work once code has been written
- Time spent on work already performed
- Services cancelled after the agreed timeline
5️⃣ Cancellation Process
How to Cancel
To cancel a service or request a refund:
- Send a written cancellation request to contact@skbrandtech.com
- Include your name, service details, and reason for cancellation
- We will respond within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
📅 Notice Period
- Monthly Services: 30 days written notice required
- One-time Projects: Immediate notice, subject to work completed
- Long-term Contracts: As per contract agreement
6️⃣ Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Online Payment: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days (depends on bank)
Note: Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
7️⃣ Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:
- Work already completed
- Resources already purchased
- Time invested in the project
- Percentage of project completion
Partial refund amounts will be calculated fairly and communicated clearly to the client.
8️⃣ Satisfaction Guarantee
While our services are generally non-refundable, we are committed to your satisfaction:
- We offer revisions as per service package
- We work with you to address concerns
- We provide regular updates and reports
- We maintain open communication throughout
9️⃣ Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our services or have a refund dispute:
