3.3 Additional Costs

- SMS Fallback: ₹0.20 - ₹0.50 per SMS (if opted)
4. Billing & Invoicing
4.1 Subscription Billing
- Advance Payment: All subscriptions are billed in advance
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Renewal Notice: We send reminder 7 days before renewal
- Grace Period: 3 days grace period for payment delays
4.2 Invoice Details
Every payment generates a GST-compliant invoice containing:
- Invoice number and date
- Your business details (as provided)
- SK Brand Tech's GST information
- Itemized charges
- GST breakdown (CGST/SGST or IGST)
- Total amount paid
Invoices are automatically emailed to your registered email address within 24 hours of payment.
4.3 Payment Receipts
You will receive:
- ✅ Instant payment confirmation via email
- ✅ SMS confirmation on registered mobile
- ✅ Payment receipt from Razorpay
- ✅ GST invoice from SK Brand Tech (within 24 hours)
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Due Dates
- Subscriptions: Due on the 1st of each billing period
- One-Time Services: 50% advance, 50% on completion
- Custom Projects: As per project agreement
- Overdue Payments: Service suspended after 3 days grace period
5.2 Late Payment
Late Payment Policy:
- Payments due on 1st of month
- Grace period until 3rd of month
- Services suspended from 4th if unpaid
- Late fee: ₹500 or 5% of invoice (whichever is higher)
- Account closed after 30 days of non-payment
5.3 Failed Payments
If auto-renewal payment fails:
- Immediate email notification sent
- Retry automatic payment after 24 hours
- Second retry after 48 hours
- Manual payment required if both retries fail
- Service suspension after grace period

6.3 How to Request a Refund

- Provide Details:
- Invoice number
- Payment date and amount
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
- Review Process: We review within 3-5 business days
- Decision: You'll receive approval or rejection via email
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
6.4 Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI: 2-3 business days
- Wallets: 2-3 business days
Note: Actual refund timing may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard
- No cancellation fee
- Service continues until end of paid period
- No refund for remaining days in monthly plans
- Auto-renewal stops automatically
7.2 Annual Subscriptions
- 30 days notice required
- Pro-rated refund after first 30 days (minus 20% processing fee)
- No refund in first 30 days unless service not activated
- Data export available before account closure
7.3 How to Cancel
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
- Receive confirmation email

9. Taxes & Compliance
9.1 GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- Rate: 18% GST on all services
- CGST + SGST: For Maharashtra customers (9% + 9%)
- IGST: For customers outside Maharashtra (18%)
- GST Number: Displayed on all invoices
- Input Tax Credit: Eligible customers can claim ITC
9.2 TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
If you're required to deduct TDS:
- Inform us before payment
- Deduct as per applicable Section (194J, etc.)
- Provide TDS certificate within 15 days
- Pay balance amount after TDS deduction
10. Disputes & Resolution
10.1 Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge:
- Contact us within 7 days: billing@skbrandtech.com
- Provide transaction details and reason
- We investigate within 5 business days
- Resolution communicated via email
10.2 Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:
- Contact us first - most issues resolved quickly
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks
- Chargeback fees may be charged for frivolous claims
