What Data Can Be Deleted?
You can request deletion of the following data:
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, and profile details
- Message Data: WhatsApp messages, chat history, and media files
- Usage Data: Analytics, interaction logs, and activity records
- Business Data: Client information, campaign data, and templates
- Payment Information: Billing details (subject to legal retention requirements)
Data That Cannot Be Immediately Deleted

How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Fastest)
- Log in to your account at https://skbrandtech.com/login
- Navigate to Settings → Account Management
- Select "Delete My Account"
- Confirm deletion and provide feedback (optional)
- Receive confirmation email within 24 hours
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@skbrandtech.com or contact@skbrandtech.com with:
- Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Phone number (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Specific data you want deleted (or "all data")
Option 3: Phone Request
Call us at +91-8208020832 during business hours (Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 6 PM IST) and speak with our support team.
Option 4: WhatsApp Request
Message us on WhatsApp at +91-8208020832 with your deletion request.
What Happens After You Request Deletion?
Deletion Timeline
- Acknowledgment (Within 24-48 hours): We confirm receipt of your request via email
- Verification (1-2 business days): We verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletions
- Processing (3-7 business days): We delete your data from active systems
- Confirmation (Within 30 days): You receive final confirmation when deletion is complete
- Backup Deletion (Within 90 days): Data removed from backup systems
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible
- You will lose access to all services immediately
- Outstanding payments must be settled before deletion
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance (see table above)
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement
Before You Delete - Consider These Options
Alternative Actions:
- Account Deactivation: Temporarily disable your account without deleting data
- Data Export: Download your data before deletion
- Selective Deletion: Delete specific data instead of entire account
- Privacy Settings: Adjust what data we collect going forward
Data Export Before Deletion
We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings → Data & Privacy
- Click "Download My Data"
- Receive download link via email (within 48 hours)
- Download your data archive
Identity Verification
To protect your data, we require identity verification for deletion requests. You may be asked to provide:
- Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License)
- Verification code sent to registered email/phone
- Answer security questions
- Video call verification (in rare cases)
Third-Party Data
Please note:
- WhatsApp/Meta: Messages sent via WhatsApp are also stored on Meta's servers. You must separately request deletion from WhatsApp/Meta.
- Recipient Devices: Messages received by recipients remain on their devices. We cannot delete data from recipient systems.
- Integrated Services: Data shared with integrated services (CRM, etc.) must be deleted separately from those platforms.
Special Cases
Healthcare Providers
If you're a healthcare provider, patient data may be subject to additional retention requirements under healthcare regulations. We will work with you to ensure compliance while respecting patient rights.
Legal Holds
If your data is subject to a legal hold (due to litigation, investigation, or court order), deletion may be delayed until the hold is lifted.
Business Clients with Active Services
If you have active client services or campaigns, you must first:
- Cancel all active campaigns
- Settle outstanding invoices
- Export any needed data
- Provide 30 days notice (per Terms of Service)
